The Academy should measure more than attendance. Meaningful impact includes whether students grow in knowledge, discipline, creative skill, confidence, responsible leadership, collaboration and service.
Current programme targets
- Approximately 4 acres - proposed Academy campus site.
- 20-30 students - target core Music, Arts and Discipleship learning cohort at a time or per structured training cycle.
- Large gathering capacity - to be confirmed through final facility design and approvals.
- Community participation - to be recorded through verified events, exhibitions, outreach and resource-distribution activities.

Impact storytelling
Student stories, photographs, recordings and artwork should be shared only with appropriate consent. Young people and vulnerable participants should never be pressured to disclose private struggles in order to attract donations.
