The Academy intends to engage seasoned music and arts teachers, ministry leaders, creative professionals and mentors who can combine technical skill with integrity, patience and a genuine commitment to student development.
Mentor roles may include
- Teaching scheduled classes
- Leading workshops and masterclasses
- One-to-one or small-group mentorship within policy
- Reviewing student work
- Supervising rehearsals or studio practice
- Guiding composition and creative projects
- Supporting exhibitions and performances
- Contributing to discipleship or ministry training
- Helping students set realistic development goals
- Supporting outreach and community learning activities
Mentor expectations
Mentors should provide evidence of relevant experience where required, follow safeguarding and conduct standards, respect student creative ownership, maintain appropriate boundaries and give constructive feedback without humiliation or exploitation.
