The Academy targets approximately 20-30 core Music, Arts and Discipleship students at a time or per structured training cycle. This size is intended to allow meaningful teaching, mentorship, practical participation and responsible access to shared creative facilities.
A student experience may include
- Orientation and programme expectations
- Personal learning goals
- Scheduled classes or workshops
- Mentor sessions
- Practical assignments
- Rehearsals or studio work
- Discipleship and character formation
- Missions or community service opportunities
- Peer collaboration
- Performance or exhibition opportunities
- Progress reviews
- Completion recognition or certificates where appropriate
Beyond the core cohort
The 20-30 student target does not limit wider community participation. Conferences, exhibitions, outreach activities, public events and resource distribution may serve many additional people without changing the size of the core enrolled Academy cohort.
